WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM DEADLINE FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS?

You have 15 days from when you received your package to make any changes or returns.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR CHANGES AND RETURNS?

Do not exceed the maximum period of 15 days from the date of receipt.

The garment must be with its original labeling and must be in the same conditions.

Changes and returns of accessories, party dresses, garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed.

HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

You have 2 options to make a return:

  • Deliver the garment to any of our Tot-hom stores.

You must deliver the garment with its original label and under the same conditions, and present the purchase ticket that comes in the package or the order confirmation email.

Once we verify and check that it meets the conditions, we will handle the refund of the amount with the same method with which it was paid.

Remember that the term in which it becomes effective will depend on your bank.

  • Sending the garments on your own.

You can send the items you want to return / exchange with the company you choose to:

If you choose this option, write to us at shop@tot-hom.net so that we know that we will receive your package.

Pack the items you want to send us back in an envelope or package in perfect condition, with its original labeling and deliver it to the courier.

Refund: we will receive and check the garments. Once the return is approved you will receive an email informing you of the refund. Remember that the term in which it becomes effective will depend on your bank.

Tot-hom is not responsible for shipping costs or shipments made on behalf of the customer in case they are not delivered to our address or lost.

 

HOW CAN I MAKE A CHANGE?

You have 2 options to make a return:

  • -) Deliver the garment in any of our Tot-hom stores.

You must deliver the garment with its original label and under the same conditions, and present the purchase ticket that comes in the package or the order confirmation email.

Once we verify and check that it meets the conditions, we will proceed to the change of size or model, or we will process the refund of the amount with the same method with which it was paid.

Remember that the term in which it becomes effective will depend on your bank.

  • -) Sending the garments on your own.

This option is valid only for changes of products for another size or with the same price.

Change: once the package is received, we will check the garments and the return approved will proceed to the change.

Tot-hom is not responsible for shipping costs or shipments made on behalf of the customer in case they are not delivered to our address or lost.

The shipping cost for changes is 5.50 euros in Spain-Peninsula. For changes in other destinations, contact us by email at shop@tot-hom.net.

WHAT ITEMS DO NOT ALLOW CHANGES AND RETURNS?

Changes and returns of accessories, fragrances, garments on request or with arrangements are not allowed.

WHEN AND HOW WILL I RECEIVE THE AMOUNT OF MY RETURN?

You will receive the amount through the same payment method used in your purchase in an estimated time of 7-15 days, depending on your bank.

The amount to be reimbursed will be that of the items returned. In no case will the shipping cost be refunded.
